On a trendy, quiet street in Montmartre, located at the foot of the famous Sacre-Coeur Basilica, Alexis warmly welcomes you to the Paris-Oasis🌴 Indeed this amazing and uniquely attractive guest house offers a private courtyard, an indoor heated swimming-pool (1,40 meters of depth – 30°) and a beautiful private garden.
I live on the property and my 4 high quality furnished flats from 15m² to 60m²/ 164 sq ft to 645 sq ft can be rented separately or together for: singles, couples, families or group of friends looking for a comfortable and stylish location in Paris (from 1 person up to 13 people).
The minimum of the stay is 2 nights for either business or pleasure with unbeatable prices all the year & no additional prices.
Within each unit you will find cooking arrangements ranging from a small cooking area to a full range kitchen. There is no breakfast service but for your welcoming and your convenience I offer you one big bottle of fresh water, one bottle of milk, one can of beer, sodas, natural juices, samples of different flavors of tea, infusions and Nespresso coffee with or without caffeine. This will enable you to save money by cooking breakfasts and meals for a long or a short term rental in Paris.
Moreover, complete toileteries, flat screen TV, free high-speed wifi Internet access and many others benefits. Each independent unit is non smoking but you can smoke inside the courtyard or the private garden.
Finally, The Paris-Oasis🌴 is short distance from the main tourist spots in Paris. Also nearby is the Tourism Office, different metro stations, bus stops and an indoor private parking (24€/24H).
